WHO SHOULDN'T GET MICROBLADING?

  • Individuals prone to keloids, super thin skin, Rosacea or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Unfortunately, since Microblading punctures the skin with tiny needles, we cannot work with clients with these conditions.

  • Individuals taking fish oil or Adderall

  • Individuals that have taken antibiotics in the past 30 days

  • Individuals with visible redness on the face. Broken blood vessels too close to the skin surface will cause excessive bleeding, affecting the retention of the brows. We cannot work with clients with these conditions.

  • Individuals with auto-immune diseases. Microblading may greatly impact the immune system and healing results are not guaranteed.

  • If you’ve had Botox/filler in the brow area. We ask that clients wait 3 weeks after botox/filler before getting Microblading done. Alternatively, you can do the Microblading treatment first and then wait 3 weeks to do your botox/filler.

  • Individuals undergoing active chemotherapy.

  • If you have any kind of skin condition near your eyebrows: eczema, shingles, rashes, or anything else near eyebrows.

  • Individuals with oily skin. Those with very oily skin and large pores are not good candidates for Microblading.

  • Individuals under 18 years of age

  • Individuals over 55 years of age. From my experience, mature skin is not an ideal candidate for Microblading.

  • Commonly sun tan

  • Individuals who are pregnant or nursing

  • Individual with visible pre-existing eyebrow tattoos.

WHAT ARE THE AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Please be patient, for the final result may take up to 5-10 weeks

Please follow these instructions to ensure proper healing and color retention. Please note that color appears darker for a few days after your treatment. Do not worry, this is temporary. Color will soften and will appear more natural as the healing progresses, we promise! It is normal to experience peeling of pigment. Fading or loss of pigment may occur during healing, in fact, it is expected, especially for your first treatment! Do not pick. Allow it to fall off naturally.

  • STEP 1: IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU GET HOME rinse very gently with a neutral ph unscented soap (Cetaphil) and warm water. Remove all the lymph. Dab the area dry with a clean cotton or paper towel and apply a very thin layer of the aftercare ointment, the size of half a rice grain. Avoid getting the area wet for additional 7 days other than the normal required post-care cleansing process.

  • STEP 2: FOR THE FOLLOWING 7 DAYS, REPEAT STEP 1, 3X TIMES A DAY.

IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS maintain regular facial hygiene, DO NOT use an exfoliator. Absolutely no skincare or makeup on the forehead and brow area.
